Peafowl Removal

History and Problem

Many years ago peafowl were brought to the United States as ornamental birds. Wealthy land owners were proud to display these birds and often received them as gifts. These birds have established stable populations across the country especially in California. Native to India peafowl are able to do very well in North America. Residents often like to feed them which typically leads to artificially high populations.

They are often found pecking rooftops and solar panels, attacking their reflections in cars and windows, tearing apart gardens, and defecating on patios and driveways.

Unfortunately there is friction between humans and peafowl, and we are available to help ease this issue.

Humane Relocation

We offer a great solution to people struggling with peafowl.

We specialize in the humane capture and relocation of peacocks, peahens, and peachicks. We have a list of great farms and ranches for these birds to call home where they may live alongside other peafowl, turkeys, chickens, and livestock. We require these birds be given ample space to free roam safely away from roads and dangerous circumstances. Our goal is to minimize stress in the relocation process.

We are peafowl specialists and have rehomed over 700 birds in the past 7 years in nearly a dozen different cities.
