Jonathan Gonzalez has a business degree with an emphasis in finance. He has always wanted to work with animals, which lead him to becoming a student volunteer at the Los Angeles Zoo. Here he helped at the World of Birds Show and began his career. He is now the falconer at Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament in Buena Park and relocates Peacocks for the city of Rancho Palos Verdes, as well as occasionally answering calls to rescue hawks and falcons who end up trapped in warehouses and similar situations.
He has been working with birds since high school, obtaining his falconry license by the eleventh grade, and knew then that he wanted to share his passion with others.
